TO PROMOTE SOUND PUBLIC POLICY RELATING TO THE USE OF CORRUGATED STEEL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION. IT COLLECTS AND DISTRIBUTES TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND ASSISTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES ENGAGED IN THE FORMATION OF SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGNS.
