THE PURPOSE OF THE COALITION IS TO ADVOCATE FOR EFFECTIVE AND IMPROVED PUBLIC POLICIES, PROGRAMS, AND FINANCING OF LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH IN OREGON.

- THE COALITION'S ACTIVITIES PROMOTE THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF SKILL, EFFICIENCY, AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AMONG PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS AND ALL OTHER PRACTICING PUBLIC HEALTH DISCIPLINES. IN 2023 THE COALITION'S ACTIVITIES EXPANDED TO PAY FOR TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS AND EMTS/PARAMEDICS.
