Mission
Advance, Inc. dba Advance Pathways (The Organization) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization located in Aurora, CO with a mission to offer services to Aurora adults experiencing homelessness by creating a community that provides all the help required to those willing to work toward self-sufficiency; anyone who wants help gets help. Advance Pathways staff are inspiring individuals who believe in the innate capacity for change, accepting both potential and brokenness as part of humanity.
Program accomplishments
- In 2025, Advance transitioned our operations to the newly developed Aurora Regional Navigation Campus (Navigation Campus), centralizing our services to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. A cornerstone of this effort includes fostering collaborative relationships with 15+ partner organizations, each selected for their specialized expertise in critical service areas such as mental health, substance use treatment, workforce development, and obtaining vital documents. We officially launched the Navigation Campus on November 17, 2025 and housed about 150 adults the first night, and by mid-December we consistently served about 375 people nightly.Throughout 2025, Advance Pathways successfully supported 1,981 unique individuals in the Day Center and 1,990 with Overnight services that began in January. Among these individuals, 307 actively engaged in personalized case management to further their development goals. The organization's team grew more than fourfold within approximately four months, expanding from nine dedicated professionals to over 40. This accelerated growth was challenging yet crucial to meeting the emergent needs of Aurora's unhoused population, exemplifying Advances agility and dedication in adapting to evolving community demands and solidifying its critical role within the local continuum of care. Advance Pathways made the difficult decision not to renew the leases for the sober living homes in order to focus on the Navigation Campus. We are proud of what we were able to accomplish with the Community Members in the transitional housing sober living program. Specifically, we had 97% alumni engagement, 81% in stable living situations, 69% employed, 86% still sober, and 53% were actively attending recovery groups. Here are a few quotes from our Community Members. I am with my son every day now. I spent the holidays with family. Advance Pathways staff is very supportive. I am rebuilding important relationships.Expenses $4,898,687 · revenue $66,420
