THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR HUMANITARIAN, PARTICIPATIVE, EDUCATIONAL, WELLNESS AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES. THE PURPOSE OF TERRA SEARCH SHALL BE TO KEEP THE NATIONS STANDING PROMISE TO NEVER FORGET IN SPIRIT AND ACTION BY BRINGING OUR NATIONS MISSING VETERANS HOME; WHILE PROMOTING PARTICIPATION THROUGHOUT THE VETERAN COMMUNITY AND ITS SUPPORTERS. TERRA SEARCH SHALL BE A NONPROFIT CORPORATION TO PROMOTE ITS CAUSE THROUGH ACTION, NETWORKING AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES OF MUTUAL BENEFIT TO PARTICIPANTS AND SUPPORTERS.

- THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE:(A) TO RECOVER AND BRING THE NATIONS MISSING VETERANS HOME; (B) TO OPEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO THE VETERAN COMMUNITY, THEIR FAMILIES AND SUPPORTERS AT LARGE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY MANNER THEY SHALL CHOOSE; (C) TO DEVELOP A PROFESSIONAL FULL-TIME RECOVERY ORGANIZATION TO INCLUDE ANALYSIS, TRAINING, RESEARCH, RECOVERY AND REPATRIATION;(D) TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO SPONSOR, HOST AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE THE SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY AND REPATRIATION OF OUR NATIONS MISSING VETERANS; (E) TO SUPPORT THE IMPROVEMENT OF VETERAN WELLNESS, POST-TRAUMATIC BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND SUICIDE PREVENTION.Expenses $229,663
