Mission

To serve adolescents and their communities through Restorative Practices.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • In 2025, we held our eighth cohort and began our ninth cohort of the Restorative Community Project, reaching 20 Black and Latinx girls and non-binary youth who are investing in themselves and their neighborhoods. Both cohorts received at least $900 in stipends for their participation in the programming. Key areas of the program include: Violence Prevention (40 hours of restorative justice training and programming), Anti-Oppression Education(Study of historical and contemporary social movements), Post-Secondary Readiness( 40 hours of exposure to college level scholarship), and Youth led community engagement (youth organized events, including an Open Mic Night and a Closing Art Exhibition).
    Expenses $96,683 · revenue $28,200
  • In 2025, Collective Climb worked with 35 unique participants through restorative justice diversion. 33/35 of those youth have had no further systems contact. We maintain an all-time success rate (no recidivism) of 90% since beginning in 2021 and ending in 2025. We spent the year redesigning our curriculum for both youth participants and survivors, designing a more standardized intervention that can be scaled as our team grows. This new curriculum averages 4 months and contains the following phases: Opening Ceremony, Building Community, Transferring Psychosocial Tools, Political Education, Repairing the Harm, and Closing Ceremony. We provided $8502.85 in emergency payments for rent, utilities, food, phone bills, beds, clothing, and medication support, and connected 3 youth to free therapy.
    Expenses $247,971
  • Safer Movements Collective trained a cohort of 10 Black Organizers over 6-months in peer mediation, deescalation, restorative practices, and other techniques to equip them to build stronger and safer organizations. Safer Movements Collective has distributed $4000 in emergency funds to cohort participants to assist with unexpected crises.
    Expenses $13,841 · revenue $25,014
