Mission

WildTracks mission is to protect endangered species using a unique combination of advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence and traditional ecological knowledge.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • WildTracks Professional Wildlife Management program advances non-invasive wildlife monitoring, biodiversity assessment, and conservation technology through footprint identification, machine learning, and field-based research. A central focus in 2025 was WildTracks collaborative security and conservation initiative in Botswana, conducted in active partnership with the U.S. Army and the Botswana Defence Force (BDF). This initiative applies AI-powered footprint identification technology and traditional ecological knowledge to strengthen both human and wildlife security in one of Africas most ecologically significant regions. The work directly addresses the illegal trade in endangered species a recognized threat to national and regional security, with wildlife trafficking increasingly identified as a source of financing for transnational criminal organizations and armed groups. (continued on Schedule O)
    Expenses $150,255
  • WildTracks ConservationFIT program promotes community-based conservation by integrating traditional ecological knowledge (TEK), education, and conservation technology. During 2025, the program engaged local trackers, biologists, students, military personnel, and community partners in South Africa and Botswana through training, field research, and collaborative conservation projects. WildTrack also enhanced its digital platform to support data collection, communication, and knowledge-sharing among participants, strengthening local capacity and community involvement in wildlife conservation. (continued on Schedule O)
    Expenses $45,039
