- YOUTH ORCHESTRAL TRAINING AND COMMUNITY MUSIC OUTREACH PROGRAM: AMERICAN YOUTH PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRAS PROVIDE A PRESTIGIOUS AND TRANSFORMATIONAL SET OF GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES IN CLASSICAL MUSIC PERFORMANCE FOR YOUNG MUSICIANS FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS IN THE WASHINGTON, D.C., METROPOLITAN AREA.
