THE CORPORATION HAS BEEN ORGANIZED TO ASSIST IN AND PROMOTE THE FORMATION OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING DIVISIONS AND UNITS ENGAGED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, 911 EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS, SUPPORT SERVICES AND OTHER LAW RELATED ACTIVITIES.
