TO DEVELOP A BETTER UNDERSTANDING AMONG THE PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN ON THE IMPORTANCE OF PETROLEUM ENERGY TO THE STATE AND THE NATION.

- PROMOTE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CRUDE OIL AND NATURAL GAS INDUSTRY, WORK WITH GOVERNMENT IN PASSING LEGISLATION AND CONDUCT MONTHLY MEETINGS TO BENEFIT MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL POPULATION.
- PROMOTE THE IMPORTANCE OF THE MICHIGAN NATIONAL RESOURCE TRUST FUND AND THE PROJECTS THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED THROUGH THE FUND. HOST AWARENESS BOOTHS AT TRADESHOWS IN MICHIGAN.
