Mission
MPACE CULTIVATES RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING WITHIN THE CAREER SERVICES AND TALENT ACQUISITION COMMUNITY. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH COLLABORATING AS INNOVATIVE LEADERS, DEVELOPING AND SHARING RESOURCES, FACILITATING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS, AND UPHOLDING INDUSTRY ETHICAL STANDARDS.
Program accomplishments
- MPACE HELD THEIR ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN SAN DIEGO IN DECEMBER. OVER 450 CAREER PLACEMENT AND COLLEGE RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS WERE IN ATTENDANCE. MPACE HELD ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS, AND IN-PERSON NETWORKING EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THEY PROVIDED FUNDING TO CAREER PROFESSIONALS TO ATTEND RELATED INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS. THEY GREW TO OVER 950 MEMBERS.
