OUR DIGITAL-FIRST PLATFORM USES THE PRINCIPLES OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE AND PEER-TO-PEER ORGANIZING TO BUILD THE HABITS OF CHANGEMAKING AND ARM YOUNG PEOPLE TO RECRUIT OTHERS TO JOIN THEM IN DOING SOMETHING.WE ARE A GEN Z CONSULTANCY. DOSOMETHING STRATEGIC, OUR IN-HOUSE CONSULTANCY, SUPPORTS BRANDS IN DEVELOPING YOUTH ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES BY DRAWING UPON OUR DATA, INSIGHTS AND THE ABILITY TO DIRECTLY CO-CREATE THESE STRATEGIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DOSOMETHING'S MEMBERS.WE CONDUCT REGULAR RESEARCH WITH MEMBERS TO IDENTIFY THE ISSUES THAT MATTER TO YOUNG PEOPLE AND BUILD A COMMUNITY REFLECTIVE OF THEIR INTERSECTIONAL VALUES AND IDENTITIES. OUR PILLARS - WALK THE WALK; NO PLANET B; AND THRIVE ON - FOCUS ON SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES MOST IMPACTED BY THESE ISSUES AND INDIVIDUALS LEAST PROXIMATE TO POWER. A FEW OF OUR 2025 PROGRAMMATIC HIGHLIGHTS ARE BELOW: 2025 WAS AN IMPACTFUL YEAR FOR DOSOMETHING. OUR MEMBERS LEVERAGED OUR NEW, TECH-POWERED PLATFORM FOR GOOD TO TAKE ACTION IN 120 PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES OFFERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. IN 2025, OUR MEMBERS LOGGED 25,000 VOLUNTEER HOURS. DOSOMETHING FOR OTHERS - OUR SIGNATURE VOLUNTEER INITIATIVE EQUIPS GEN Z AND GEN ALPHA TO VOLUNTEER TO ENGAGE IN SIMPLE ACTS OF VOLUNTEERISM AND KINDNESS TO DO THEIR PART TO MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS WHILE BUILDING CONNECTION, BELONGING AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. OUR MEMBERS ARE TAKING ACTION TO IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNITIES DAILY BY TACKLING HUNGER, COLLECTING FEMININE PRODUCTS FOR THOSE IN NEED, RECYCLING CLOTHES AND CANS TO REDUCE GREENHOUSE EMISSIONS, AND CLEANING UP THEIR COMMUNITIES. OUR MEMBERS HAVE ACHIEVED A MILESTONE OF 100,000 VOLUNTEER HOURS LOGGED SINCE 2020. SHOW UP FOR WHAT?! - OUR PROGRAM IS DEDICATED TO EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF VOTERS WITH THE IDENTITY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, AGENCY TO CLAIM OUR DEMOCRACY AND THEIR ROLE IN SHAPING IT. WE TRAIN YOUNG PEOPLE TO REGISTER THEIR PEERS TO VOTE, EDUCATE THEM ABOUT WHAT'S ON THEIR BALLOTS, AND TURN OUT TO VOTE; AND USE THEIR VOICE TO HOST STORYTELLING EVENTS TO DEVELOP THEIR VOICE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. THIS PROGRAM IS CORE TO OUR THEORY OF CHANGE IN COACHING YOUTH TO DEVELOP FROM CURIOUS VOLUNTEERS TO CIVIC LEADERS. OUR DATA SHOWS THAT 82% OF PARTICIPANTS CITE THAT THEIR INTEREST AND WILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITY HAS INCREASED AFTER PARTICIPATING IN SHOW UP FOR WHAT PROGRAMS WITH EIGHTY-EIGHT PERCENT INDICATING THAT THE PROGRAMMING IMPACTED THEIR AWARENESS OF CURRENT EVENTS. PROJECT STEM HEROES -WE LAUNCHED PROJECT STEM HEROES - A BREAKTHROUGH SOCIAL IMPACT COLLABORATION BETWEEN DOSOMETHING, 3M, AND AMAZON/MGM STUDIOS - TRANSFORMING THE CULTURAL MOMENTUM OF THE MOVIE PROJECT HAIL MARY INTO A NATIONWIDE YOUTH MOVEMENT. DESIGNED TO CLOSE THE GAP BETWEEN PASSION AND ACCESS IN STEM, THE INITIATIVE ACTIVATED GEN Z NOT AS PASSIVE VIEWERS, BUT AS CREATORS, CATALYSTS, AND STORYTELLERS, EQUIPPING THEM TO EXPLORE REAL-WORLD STEM PATHWAYS, PRODUCE PEER-DRIVEN VIDEO MESSAGES, AND DIRECTLY INSPIRE YOUNGER STUDENTS. ANCHORED BY A PSA STARRING RYAN GOSLING AND AMPLIFIED ACROSS CLASSROOMS, SOCIAL PLATFORMS, AND NATIONAL MEDIA, THE INITIATIVE FUSED ENTERTAINMENT, EDUCATION, AND ACTION INTO A SINGLE, SCALABLE MODEL. FUTURE PROOF: GEN Z AND AI - RECOGNIZING THAT AI SAFETY AND DIGITAL WELLBEING ARE URGENT CONCERNS FOR THE FIRST TRULY DIGITAL NATIVE GENERATIONS GEN Z AND GEN ALPHA. COMING OF AGE DURING A TIME OF RAPID TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS, DOSOMETHING RECOGNIZES THAT TODAY'S YOUTH NEED TOOLS AND SPACES DESIGNED WITH THEIR WELLBEING, AGENCY, AND LEADERSHIP IN MIND.
