- LAWYER REFERRAL AND INFORMATION SERVICETHE LAWYER REFERRAL AND INFORMATION SERVICE IS SUPPORTED BY FEES PAID BY LAWYERS PARTICIPATING IN THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE PROVIDES LEGAL INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REFERS CLIENTS TO LAWYERS BASED UPON CLIENT'S NEEDS.
