GLOBAL CARBON MARKET UTILITY GOVERNING COUNCIL INC (GCMU GOVERNING COUNCIL INC) IS DEDICATED TO DRAMATICALLY REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF CARBON DIOXIDE AND RELATED GREENHOUSE GASES IN THE EARTH'S ATMOSPHERE, THEREBY HELPING TO PRESERVE AND IMPROVE THE LIVES AND HEALTH OF PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY CLIMATE CHANGE, PARTICULARLY IMPOVERISHED AND UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IN DEVELOPING NATIONS, AND TO AVERT THE CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES TO GLOBAL HEALTH AND WELFARE POSED BY THE CURRENT CLIMATE CRISIS. GCMU GOVERNING COUNCIL INC CONDUCTS RESEARCH AND REPORTING TO HELP ENSURE MAXIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF CARBON PROJECTS.
