Mission
MFI PROVIDES MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS AMONG MEMBER MINISTERS, ENABLING THEM TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE IN THEIR CALLING FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING AND MULTIFLYING STRONG LOCAL CHURCHES AROUND THE WORLD.
Program accomplishments
- SUCESSFULLY CONTINUED STRENGTHENING THE MFI NETWORK BY SUPPORTING PASTORS AND CHURCHES ACROSS THE US AND INTERNATIONALLY THROUGH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND RELATIONAL CONNECTION. HOSTED AND COORDINATED MAJOR MFI GATHERINGS, INCLUDING THE MFI GLOBAL CONFERENCE AND MULTIPLE REGIONAL CONFERENCES, SERVING HUNDREDS OF PASTORS AND LEADERS WITH MINISTRY RESOURCES, TEACHING, ENCOURAGEMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLLABORATION. PROVIDED FINALCIAL ASSISTANCE AND LOAGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL LEADERS, HELPING PASTORS FROM VARIOUS NATIONS ATTEND MFI EVENTS AND RECEIVE MINISTRY TRAINING, FOSTERING GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP AND IMPACT. STRENGTHENED REGIONAL LEADERSHIP BY RESOURCING AND WORKING CLOSELY WITH REGIONAL DIRECTORS TO SUPPORT THEIR LOCAL NETWORKS, EVENTS AND PASTORAL CARE INITIATIVES. ENHANCED ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS AND OPERATIONS, INCLUDING IMPROVED MEMBERSHIP RECORDS, FINANCIAL PROCESSES, COMMUNICATION WORKFLOWS, AND EVENT COORDINATION TO BETTER SERVE MFI MEMBERS AND PARTNERS. CONTINUED CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH CHURCHES AND LEADERS THROUGH NEWSLETTERS, EMAIL AND DIRECT SUPPORT, KEEPING MEMBERS INFORMED, CONNECTED AND ENCOURAGED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. SUPPORTED GROWTH AND ENGAGEMENT WITHIN THE MFI COMMUNITY BY WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS, ASSISTING WITH CREDENTIALING PROCESSES, AND MAINTAINING ACCURATE AND UPDATED RECORDS. OVERALL MFI REMAINED COMMITTED TO EQUIPPING PASTORS, STRENGTHENING MINISTRY RELATIONSHIPS, AND ADVANCING ITS MISSION TO SERVE CHURCHES AND LEADERS AROUND THE WORLD.
- EXPERIENCED A SIGNIFICANT LEADERSHIP TRANSITION FOLLOWING THE PASSING OF BELOVED CHAIRMAN PASTOR FRANK DAMAZIO IN MAY 2025. PASTOR FRANK'S LEGAXY OF FAITH, LEADERSHIP AND SPIRITUAL FATHERHOOD CONTINUES TO SHAPE AND INSPIRE THE MFI FAMILY. AFTER A SEASON OF PRAYER AND SEEKING THE LORD'S GUIDANCE, THE MFI LEAD TEAM UNANIMOUSLY APPOINTED PASTOR JONATHAN (JON JON) WILKINS AS THE NEW CHAIRMAN OF MFI IN JULY 2025. PASTOR BOB MACGREGOR CONTINUES TO SERVE AS VICE CHAIRMAN ALONGSIDE HIM. THIS TRANSITION WAS MARKED BY A POWERFUL TIME OF PRAYER, PROPHETIC MINISTRY, AND ANOINTING WITH THE LEAD TEAM AFFIRMING A NEW MANTLE OF LEADERSHIP AND EXPRESSING STRONG ANTICIPATION FOR THE FURTURE OF MFI BOTH NATIONALLY AND GLOBALLY.Expenses $749,456
