Mission

Our shared purpose is to dismantle the culture and systems of white and wealth supremacy in ourselves, our communities, and our country

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • WMRJ has grown to 800 members in 37 states, including chapters engaging 100+ men in Arkansas, Maine, Vermont, and Minnesota that are helping to block, build, and bridge through Local Circles. Launched WMRJs "We Can Handle the Truth" storytelling project honoring white men with the courage to stand up to false narratives seeking to divide us by telling the whole truth about American history and its impact on their lives today. Continued to facilitate WMRJ's Foundations program, the core 8 week educational component of the organization's multifaceted work, including first in-person Foundations cohort hosted in Minneapolis. Organized and facilitated other community building work including weekly virtual gatherings, facilitated virtual conversations with subject matter experts and leaders across race, class and gender, and hosting an in-person, immersive multi-day experience in Montgomery, AL. Continued fundraising from within the community and through developing external funding partnerships and donor networks. Collaborative field building and convening with adjacent white men and white women organizing groups focused on cross race, cross class organizing and mobilizing.
