TO PROVIDE CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION TO MEMBERS, FUNCTION AS A BAR ASSOCIATION, ENCOURAGE PROBONO LEGAL SERVICES.

- IN 2024, THE ASSOCIATION'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WAS OPEN TO LAW STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE FULL-TIME DAY, OR PART-TIME NIGHT, STUDY OF LAW AT ANY LAW SCHOOL IN NEW YORK CITY AND THE COUNTIES OF NASSAU, SUFFOLK, AND WEST CHESTER. THE ASSOCIATION AWARDED 2 SCHOLARSHIPS OF $5,000 EACH TO 2 MERITORIOUS STUDENTS.Expenses $10,000
- CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION ("CLE") PROGRAMS: IN 2024, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDED SIX CLE COURSES IN THE AREAS OF SPACE LAW, DIVERSITY, CYBER SECURITY, CIVIL PROCEDURE, COMMERCIAL LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTES, AND APPELLATE PRACTICE.
