Program accomplishments
- EMPHASIS IS ON PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME, DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITIES, AND INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE DEDICATED TO SERVING THOSE IN NEED. THIS CAN INCLUDE: EDUCATION SUPPORT, HOUSING SUPPORT, FOOD, DISASTER RELIEF, ETC. SSSGCF ENGAGED IN VARIOUS HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS DURING THE YEAR. IT SUPPORTED SEVERAL PROJECTS OF THE SRI SATHYA SAI CENTRAL TRUST (SSSCT) ENCOMPASSING A WIDE RANGE OF INITIATIVES, INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, ENT DEPARTMENT, GENERAL HOSPITAL, DISASTER RELIEF, NARAYANA SEVA (RELIEF TO POOR), GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITY, AND MEDICAL RELIEF (WHITE FIELD HOSPITAL). SSSGCF CONDUCTED MEDICAL CAMPS AT PUTTAPARTHI, INDIA, PROVIDING ESSENTIAL MEDICAL SUPPORT TO THOSE IN NEED. THE SRI SATHYA SAI OVERSEAS ORGANIZATION, NEPAL ALSO RECEIVED ASSISTANCE IN RELIEVING THE DIFFICULTIES OF THE NEEDY PEOPLE HIT BY EARTHQUAKE IN NEPAL.
