Mission
THE CLINCH RIVER VALLEY INITIATIVE (CRVI) IS A PIONEERING EFFORT TO BUILD LOCAL ECONOMIES IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA, DEVELOPING AND PROTECTING THE CLINCH RIVER VALLEY - ONE OF THE MOST BIODIVERSE REGIONS IN NORTH AMERICA.
Program accomplishments
- THE CLINCH RIVER VALLEY WILL GROW AS A GLOBAL DESTINATION BASED ON ITS UNIQUE BIODIVERSITY, NATURAL BEAUTY, CULTURAL ATTRACTIONS, AND OUTDOOR OPPORTUNITIES. THIS COLLABORATION WILL BRING MEASURABLE ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND RECREATIONAL BENEFITS TO THE REGION'S COMMUNITIES WHILE PROTECTING AND PRESERVING THE CLINCH RIVERS GLOBALLY RARE SPECIES FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.Expenses $732
