Mission
We develop and implement programs and initiatives based on needs asses ments conducted by health professionals and experts on the ground in Tigray, Ethiopia and Sudan.
Program accomplishments
- Mental Health & Community Wellness Provided trauma-informed mental health and psychosocial support to over 600 children and adults. Conducted 10 rounds of group sessions promoting emotional healing and resilience among conflict-affected populations.Expenses $92,253
- Funding Medical Services (RecTOR & Maternal Health) Worked with Ayder hospital to deploy OB-GYNs and pediatricians to underserved hospitals through the RecTOR program. Delivered pediatric services to 12,247 children and OB-GYN services to 6,245 women and children, improving access to essential care.Expenses $92,108
- Delivery of Medications & Medical Supplies Supported hospital-based feeding centers serving up to 45 children daily. In total, 26,449 children were reached through nutrition programs, 5,900 deliveries assisted, and 3,366 pregnant lactating women received daily meals.Expenses $35,767
