Mission
Our Organizations Mission is to promote solidarity among minority communitiesimmigrants /African Americans, help reduce the number of dependencies and high crime rates and help improve the living conditions of every minority family with emphasis on young people in minority concentrated cities who find it difficult to get employment because of minor criminal records and or no college education, by creating programs that encourage minority participation for their own empowerment and to be financially independent and reduce poverty. We are committed to increasing awareness and making healthcare accessible, raising awareness against substance and opioid addiction, promoting education and youth activities, campaigning against gun violence through sports and recreational activities, and standing up for the underserved or marginalized communities.
Program accomplishments

Programs provided job-readiness workshops, mentorship, vocational referrals, and employment support to individuals facing barriers to employment. Youth initiatives offered tutoring, mentoring, sports, and positive recreational activities designed to promote leadership, confidence, academic engagement, and alternatives to crime and violence. The organization also conducted community outreach on substance-use and opioid-misuse prevention and connected individuals and families with available behavioral-health and community resources.
