Mission
Americans 4 Equality is on a mission to transform the future of techand the lives of those often left out of it. As a nonprofit dedicated to advancing tech education workforce development and economic empowerment were unlocking opportunities for underserved communities across the State of Washington WA.
Program accomplishments
- The nonprofit organization has achieved notable success in promoting inclusive workforce development via its MLK Gandhi Empowerment Initiative. To date 423 students have undergone training achieving an impressive 88% completion rate. Furthermore the program currently boasts a waitlist of over 400 individuals eager to enroll in these cost-free offerings. The organization has also built strong community support and trust evident in its partnerships with more than 10 local collaborators and increasing interest from the region. With a solid foundation in place the nonprofit is now positioned for growth and aims to expand its reach.
