THE JOHN MCLENDON MINORITY LEADERSHIP INITIATVE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE INTERNSHIP OPPURTUNITIES FOR MINORITIES IN COLLEGIATE ATHLETICS ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER SIMILIAR ENTERPRISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING THE CAREERS OF MINORITIES AND PROVIDING MINORITIES CAREER OPPURTUNITIES.
