  • PATH (Providing Access to Trans Healthcare) Program In 2025, PATH provided free case management, mental health services, and financial assistance for medical care and prescriptions to uninsured and underinsured transgender and gender-diverse individuals. During the year, 171 new participants enrolled in PATH, and the program served a total of 366 individuals. Participants received 3,845 hours of therapy, along with case management, psychiatry services, and assistance with medical care and prescription costs. • Education: In 2025, Charlotte Trans Health offered 15 educational events reaching approximately 235 healthcare providers and administrative staff working in healthcare settings. Among attendees who completed evaluations, 88% reported an intention to make a change in their practice to create a more welcoming and affirming environment for transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) clients and patients. Our membership program engaged an additional 100 healthcare providers in professional development and continuing education opportunities. CTH also provided non-clinical community education through presentations offered in partnership with schools and social service organizations. These community education programs directly reached an additional 114 individuals. We further expanded access to health education through our digital health literacy campaign and the launch of a monthly educational blog in 2025.
