Provides support for Los Alamos County Libraries operations and programs.
Program accomplishments
- Block Grant to Los Alamos County Libraries - serves Los Alamos County with a population of about 18,000. This grant is used for direct support of Library programs, activities, furnishings, periodical subscriptions, reference materials, exhibits, films, youth service programs, and student tutors.grants $55,000
- Scholarships for High School Students - 4 scholarships are awarded to the winners of an open competition. The High School has about 1200 students.grants $10,000
