Program accomplishments

  • THE HOUSE OF CONSTANCE IS THE ONLY PROGRAM WE ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING. IT IS UNDER RENOVATION RIGHT NOW, SO NO RESIDENTS ARE LIVING IN IT. ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 2024 WERE DEALING WITH THE FLOOD, TAKING THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE DOWN TO THE STUDS, DEVELOPING ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR THE RENOVATION, AND IDENTIFYING NEW FUNDING SOURCES THAT WILL HELP US COMPLETE THE RENOVATION. CURRENTLY, AROUND 30 VOLUNTEERS WERE INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT, AND THE HOUSE WILL PROVIDE LOW COST HOUSING TO 8-10 COMMUNITY MEMBERS ONCE IT IS FINISHED BEING RENOVATED.
