Mission
PawsWithCause improves the lives of shelter animals through community art, volunteer engagement, and compassionate service while creating opportunities for people to build purpose, connection and belonging.
Program accomplishments
- During Fiscal Year 2025 we participated in 275 events. We highlighted over 3,000 shelter animals through our programs. Our services painted 2,500 pet portraits. We engaged with more than 15,000 community visitors creating art and compassion. These were recognized in 34 artist galleries and supported over 101 animal shelters. Our Wellness, Arts, and the Military program, serving Veterans, Active duty personnel and military connected individuals and families was particularly successful as were our library outreach programs in four counties.Expenses $45,000 · revenue $14,000
- PawsWithCause believes strongly in supporting spay and neuter funding as a grassroots effort aligned with animal control and compassion. To forward this initiative, we partner with Pasado's Safe Haven, Pawsitive Alliance, Feral Cat Spap and Neuter Project and others. The funding herein extends to First Nations Tribes, low income, and rural communitiesExpenses $30,000 · grants $30,000
- Managed a comprehensive shelter support and resource allocation program dedicated to reducing euthanasia rates and optimizing shelter outcomes across regional networks. Successfully secured, managed, and distributed $137,676 in critical physical non-cash contributions-including premium cat food, litter, and essential shelter supplies-directly to over 101 partner animal shelters. These operational outcomes were heavily fortified by $246,600 in donated program facilities, warehouse logistics infrastructure, and administrative workspace usage. This immense volunteer and physical infrastructure enabled the organization to operate at a massive regional scale, stabilizing local shelters and directly enhancing the care, visibility, and adoption metrics of thousands of vulnerable animals without placing an additional cash burden on our community partners.Expenses $386,276
