Program accomplishments

  • Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) went through a year of transition in 2025 - now operating as a fully volunteer led organization with no paid staff members. This led to a decrease in programming, but an uptick in strategic planning, and a focus on team building among the BOD. Each individual invested their time and resources back into serving the city in various ways. For example, BOD members showed up to help with the annual Great Pumpkin Giveaway and other community-wide events and service projects. They also advocated for their neighbors and networked with local businesses, schools, and community groups to see how RLN could best show up as a unique asset and resource for those who live, work, learn, and play in Richfield.
