TO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONS ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TENANTS OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL AND THE SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL. TO UNITE THE CONFERENCES LOCATED IN THE ARCHDIOCESE OF MOBILE BY PROVIDING HELP, ACTING AS A LIASON WITH REGIONAL AND NATIONAL COUNCILS, ASSISTING WITH ADHERENCE AND FAITHFULNESS TO THE RULE, AND ENSURING THAT SPECIAL WORKS RECEIVE ONGOING SUPPORT.

- EIGHTEEN PARISH CONFERENCES LOCATED IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ALABAMA PROVIDED PERSON-TO-PERSON ASSISTANCE TO IMPOVERISHED MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. CONFERENCE MEMBERS VISITED THOSE IN NEED, OFFERING DIRECT ASSISTANCE IN MANY FORMS, INCLUDING FOOD, UTILITY PAYMENTS, RENT OR MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE, PRESCRIPTIONS, OR SIMPLY LISTENING WITH COMPASSION AND OFFERING PRAYERS. 9,354 PEOPLE WERE HELPED DURING 5,195 VISITS; IN-KIND SERVICES VALUED AT 2,616 WERE RENDERED IN 77 INSTANCES; AND, GOODS VALUED AT 87,722 WERE PROVIDED IN 5,153 INSTANCES. CONFERENCE MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS DEVOTED 19,708 HOURS OF SERVICE, LOGGING 59,045 ESTIMATED MILES.Expenses $590,982 · grants $568,664 · revenue $23,591
