  • THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING VARIOUS INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL MUSIC COMPETITIONS IN THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY DURING THE YEAR. THESE COMPETITIONS INCLUDED 2 HIGH SCHOOL MARCHING CONTESTS, 2 MIDDLE SCHOOL AND 2 HIGH SCHOOL BAND SIGHT READING CONTESTS, 1 MIDDLE SCHOOL AND 1 HIGH SCHOOL VOCAL CONCERT AND SIGHT READING CONTESTS, 1 EACH OF SOLO AND ENSEMBLE CONTESTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL BAND, ORCHESTRA AND VOCAL STUDENTS.
