UNITE, ORGANIZE AND EMPOWER PUBLIC EDUCATION ADVOCATES TO SHAPE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN TEXAS THUS PROVIDING A QUALITY PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR EVERY CHILD.

- PROMOTE THE PROGRESS OF EDUCATION IN THE STATE OF TEXAS THROUGH CONFERENCES, TRAINING, NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION (NEA) PROGRAMS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, AND OTHER PROGRAMS. OBTAIN BENEFITS OF AN INDEPENDENT AND UNITED TEACHING PROFESSION BY INFORMING MEMBERS AND THE COMMUNITY THROUGH PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER METHODS OF COMMUNICATION.
