CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED PRIMARILY THROUGH THE USE OF VOLUNTEER LABOR AND DONATED MATERIALS. ALSO PROVIDES FAMILY AND MORTGAGE SERVICES WHICH ADMINISTER THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO APPROVED APPLICANTS.
