THROUGH ROBUST CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, BENCHMARKING, AND EXCHANGING INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES, FAR ADDRESSES RELEVANT ISSUES IMPACTING BUSINESS LEADERS FOR NONPROFITS IN THE AREAS OF FINANCE, HR, AND IT. FAR IS THE WELCOMING COMMUNITY IN THE DC METRO AREA WHERE ASSOCIATION AND NONPROFIT LEADERS GATHER TO NETWORK AND TO EXPAND THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH THROUGH ENGAGING EDUCATION, IDEA EXCHANGE, AND VALUABLE RESOURCES.
