Mission

TO PROVIDE SANCTUARY AND HIGH LEVEL CARE FOR SENIOR AND MEDICALLY COMPROMISED HORSES, AND TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BETTER TREATMENT AND PROTECTION OF THESE VULNERABLE ANIMALS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • Over the past year, we have continued our mission to rescue and provide compassionate care for senior and medically compromised horses - animals that would otherwise have no place to go. Through specialized attention and dedicated resources, we have made a meaningful difference in their lives. This year, we successfully supported five horses through our foster program, and welcomed three new senior horses, two from extreme abuse, into our care who had no other safe options. In addition, we provided a peaceful and dignified end-of-life experience for two beloved senior horses who spent their final years in sanctuary with us.
