- LOCAL EMERGING ARTISTS ARE SELECTED TO EXHIBIT AND SELL THEIR ART . THE HUB CHARGES A LICENSE/RENTAL FEE FOR WALL SPACE AND WORKING STUDIS FOR ARTISTS AND COLLECTS A COMMISSION ON THE SALE OF CONSIGNMENT ITEMS. THE EXPENSE CONSISTS OF DIRECT MARKETING COSTS, INDIRECT OFFICE EXPENSE,INDIRECT OCCUPANCY, INDIRECT ADVERTISING AND INDIRECT PAYROLL ESTIMATES.Expenses $406,631
