Mission

The Navillus Foundation aims to provide a beacon of hope and support for the most vulnerable populations in the United States, with special emphasis on individuals located in New York City. We are dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the homeless, empowering victims of natural disasters to rebuild their lives, nurturing disadvantaged children to achieve their full potential, and extending a helping hand to the less fortunate in our community. We launch several annual campaigns with the general goal of creating a more just and compassionate society where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. Our foundation is committed making a lasting impact and creating a better world around us.

Program accomplishments

  • Direct Grants to Aligned Charitable Organizations: In 2025, The Navillus Foundation began making direct grants to other Section 501(c)(3) public charities whose missions align with our own. We made a $50,000 grant to The Morrison Legacy Foundation, Inc. to support the preservation, documentation, and celebration of the 30-year history and impact of the Morrison and Donnelly Visa Programs, which enabled tens of thousands of Irish citizens to live, work, and build new lives in the United States. We also made a $2,500 grant to Solace House, Inc. to support its suicide prevention and bereavement counseling services in the New York community. Through these partnerships we are able to extend our reach and support organizations doing critical work with the populations we serve.

  • Navillus Higher Education Scholarship Program: 2025 marked the launch of our scholarship program, which we intend to continue annually. We awarded six scholarships of $6,000 each to students under 25 years old who are pursuing higher education. Recipients were selected based on applications consisting of personal statements and letters of reference. By easing the financial burden of college, we aim to help these students achieve their full potential and build a foundation for lasting success.

  • Operation Santa / Winter Wishes: The Navillus Foundation partnered with New York Cares' Winter Wishes campaign to make the holiday season special for children from less fortunate backgrounds. Our $6,000 contribution helped ensure that children across New York City public schools received a gift from Santa even when their families could not afford one. The Company provided over 100 gifts to children in NYC public schools and housing shelters.
