Mission

THE ASSOCIATION OF OTOLARYNGOLOGY ADMINISTRATORS PROVIDES EDUCATION, RESOURCES, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOCUSED ON OTOLARYNGOLOGY PRACTICE MANAGEMENT. IT IS A PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION SERVING MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS OF EAR, NOSE, AND THROAT PHYSICIAN PRACTICES.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • EDUCATION - OUR ANNUAL MEETING IS OUR LARGEST ACTIVITY. IN 2025 WE HELD A 5 DAY IN PERSON MEETING WHERE WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 227 ATTENDEES, 40 SPEAKERS, AND 59 EXHIBITORS. THE MEETING INCLUDED A TWO-DAY DAY CODING SESSION. THIS MEETING ALLOWS ATTENDEES TO STAY ABREAST OF THE LATEST REGULATIONS, TECHNOLOGY, AND PROCESSES OCCURRING IN THE FIELD. THIS MEETING ALSO ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO NETWORK WITH OTHERS IN THEIR FIELD.
  • OUR WEBINAR PROGRAM ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO JOIN VIRTUAL EDUCATION SESSIONS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS. LAST YEAR WE PROVIDED 18 WEBINARS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS IN PRACTICE MANAGEMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS, CODING, REGULATORY, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BASIC EAR, NOSE AND THROAT TERMINOLOGY AND PROCEDURES, HUMAN RESOURCES, ETC. THESE ALLOW OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR PRACTICES TO OBTAIN EDUCATION WITHOUT EVER LEAVING THE OFFICE RESOURCES.
  • WE PREPARE RESOURCES INCLUDING BENCHMARKING DATA AND DE-IDENTIFIED SALARY SURVEY DATA TO USE AS A GUIDE FOR BENCHMARKING A PRACTICE. WE ALSO PROVIDE OTHER RESOURCES SUCH AS PROCEDURES, POLICIES, AND SAMPLE FORMS PROVIDED BY BOTH EXPERTS AND OTHER MEMBERS WHICH MAY ASSIST EAR, NOSE AND THROAT PRACTICE MANAGERS.
