BY PRIORITIZING A "YEAR OF THE MEMBER," WE WILL ENHANCE OUTREACH, DEEPEN CONNECTIONS, AND GROW TO 400 MEMBERS BY 2028. WE WILL ASSESS AND ACTIVATE KEY PARTNERSHIPS, VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES, AND AMBASSADOR TOUCHPOINTS TO BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP. ADDITIONALLY, WE WILL EVALUATE AND CHARTER OUR SIGNATURE FESTIVALS TO ENSURE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY AND IMPACT.
