THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED JUNE 19, 1998 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT PROJECT OF 88 UNITS.
