Mission
The Assumption Village extends the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health of our communities with emphasis on people who are poor and underserved.
Program accomplishments
- THE ASSUMPTION VILLAGE IS A LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OFFERING MULTI-LEVEL SERVICES, INCLUDING INTERMEDIATE CARE, SKILLED NURSING CARE, ASSISTED LIVING, AND AN ALZHEIMER'S/DEMENTIA SPECIAL CARE UNIT. THE ASSUMPTION VILLAGE PARTICIPATES IN THE MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS. The Assumption Village sold substantially all of its operating assets on March 1, 2022.0
