Mission
The purpose of the Comite Del Amor is to preserve St. Isidore Plaza as a historic, religious and cultural center for the citizens of the Los Alamitos community. We provide meeting space for community organizations and recovery programs, host community events and (continued)
Program accomplishments
- Numerous fundraising activities, hosting of non-profit activities on the premises and focused publicity campaign raised public awareness and support for the preservation of these historic grounds in 2016, with the result of having purchased the property from the Catholic Diocese of Orange, California to insure its continued use as a community resource center. The property continues to be a vital part of the community, hosting other nonprofit activities, community events and workshops for adults and children in the West Orange County Area.Expenses $90,953
