THE CORPORATION'S MISSION IS TO RENDER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MOULTON NIGUEL WATER DISTRICT (THE "DISTRICT"), A CALIFORNIA WATER DISTRICT ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER SECTION 34000 ET SEQ. OF THE CALIFORNIA WATER CODE, BY FINANCING, REFINANCING, ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING, LEASING AND SELLING BUILDINGS, BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS, EQUIPMENT, WATER, SEWER AND RECLAIMED WATER FACILITIES, AND OTHER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, LANDS, AND ANY OTHER REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE DISTRICT AND PERSONS RESIDING THEREIN.
