- THE WIM CONFERENCE PROVIDES AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY, HEALTHY NETWORKING, FELLOWSHIP WITH OTHER WOMEN IN MINISTRY, AND MENTORING, COACHING, AND DEVELOPMENT FOR CHRISTIAN WOMEN IN THE 21ST CENTURY. THE CONFERENCE ALSO ACHIEVED THE FOLLOWING: - FORMATTHE CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN-PERSON WITH WORSHIP SERVICES STREAMED IN THE EVENING ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY- ATTENDANCETHERE WERE 320 PERSONS (WITH BOARD AND SPEAKERS) IN ATTENDANCE DURING THE 2024 WIM CONFERENCE. - SPECIAL INTEREST SESSIONSTHE SPECIAL INTEREST WORKSHOPS ALLOWED WOMEN TO DELVE TO THE CORE OF ISSUE, "COURAGEOUS CONVERSATION: NAVIGATING THE NUANCES OF MINISTRY" WHICH SERVED AS THE OVERALL THEME FOR THE 2024 WIM CONFERENCE. - PLENARY SESSIONSTHE PLENARY SESSIONS CHALLENGED WOMEN TO FURTHER EVALUATE THEIR PASSION, PURPOSE AND CALLING FOR MINISTRY.Expenses $190,726 · revenue $134,527
