THE LABC INSTITUTE IS A FORWARD-THINKING RESEARCH AND EDUCATION ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO STRENGTHENING THE SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY OF CALIFORNIA, PARTICULARLY THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REGION.
