THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF A TOURISM MARKETING DISTRICT (TMD), IMPLEMENT SALES & MARKETING PROMOTIONS TO INCREASE TOURISM TO LOS ANGELES AND ROOM NIGHTS TO TMD HOTELS.

- THE SALES PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED FOR THE BENEFIT OF LODGING BUSINESSES WITH FIFTY OR MORE ROOMS IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE: DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BUSINESS FOR SELF-CONTAINED HOTEL MEETINGS AND CITY-WIDE CONVENTIONS, PRE AND POST MEETING SUPPORT TO SELF-CONTAINED GROUPS, STAFFING FOR GROUP MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS, AND SALES AND SERVICES STAFF DEPLOYMENT TO SELL THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES.
- THE MARKETING PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO INCREASE OCCUPANCY LEVELS AT LODGING BUSINESSES WITH FIFTY OR MORE ROOMS IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE: CONSUMER AND TRADE ADVERTISING, REGIONAL MARKETING, GLOBAL BRANDING CAMPAIGNS, INCREASED MEDIA EXPOSURE, AND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS.
