THE SCALE EDUCATION & RESEARCH FOUNDATION WAS FOUNDED IN 2008 TO PROMOTE EDUCATION OPPOTUNITIES WITH A VIEW OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIVING FOR STUDENTS, FAMILIES, EDUCATORS AND GENERAL PUBLIC.
