THE PRIMARY MISSION OF LEBANON FAMILY HEALTH SERVICES IS TO ADDRESS HEALTH EQUITY BY PROVIDING LIFE-ENHANCING HEALTH SERVICES AND WELLNESS EDUCATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
