Mission
THE MASSACHUSETTS JUDGES CONFERENCE SERVES AS AN INDEPENDENT VOICE FOR JUDGES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. IT PROMOTES JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE, FAIR COMPENSATION, SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENTS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND PUBLIC CONFIDENCE IN THE COURTS.
