Mission
THE SOCIETY FOR RESEARCH ON ADOLESCENCE (SRA) FOCUSES ON THE THEORETICAL, EMPIRICAL, AND POLICY RESEARCH ISSUES OF ADOLESCENCE. AS A COMMUNITY OF RESEARCHERS, OUR GOALS ARE TO ADVANCE UNDERSTANDING OF ADOLESCENCE AND ENHANCE THE WELL BEING OF YOUTH IN A GLOBALIZED WORLD.
Program accomplishments
- THE SOCIETY HAS AN ANNUAL MEETING AND A JOURNAL OF RESEARCH ON ADOLESCENCE. THE MEETING IS FOR MEMBERS, WHO ATTEND PRESENTATIONS OF RESEARCH FINDINGS, EXCHANGE IDEAS, AND PROMOTE RESEARCH IN ADOLESCENCE. THE JOURNAL OF RESEARCH ON ADOLESCENCE AND AN ON-LINE NEWSLETTER ARE PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED OR ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS.
