THE QUEEN ELIZABETH II SEPT 11TH GARDEN'S MISSION IS THE PERPETUAL CARE OF A MEMORIAL GARDEN IN HONOR OF COMMONWEALTH SUBJECTS WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE ATTACKS OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2001.
