- THE CT HUMAN RESOURCE COUNCIL IS AN ADVISORY BODY FOR THE LOCAL CHAPTER OF THE SOCIETY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS. THE COUNCIL SPONSORS AND PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, CONFERENCES AND ROUNDTABLES FOR MEMBERS.
